The agreement that governs your use of Leads Hub services and this website.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing leadshub.us or engaging Leads Hub for lead generation services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.
2. Services
Leads Hub supplies exclusive, human-qualified real estate leads and confirmed appointments within contracted territories. Delivery volumes, markets and asset classes are defined in your service agreement.
3. Territory exclusivity
Exclusive territory rights apply for the duration of an active subscription. Lapsed or cancelled accounts release the territory for reassignment without notice.
4. Billing and renewals
Plans bill in advance on a recurring cycle. Fees are non-refundable once leads for a billing period have been delivered. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle.
5. Acceptable use
Leads may only be used by the contracting brokerage. Reselling, redistributing or syndicating delivered data to third parties is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
6. Compliance
Clients are responsible for complying with DNC, CASL, TCPA and all applicable local regulations when contacting delivered leads. Leads Hub collects consent at source and provides audit records on request.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, dashboards and reporting formats remain the property of Leads Hub and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Leads Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost commissions or business opportunities. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email before taking effect.
